The problem surrounding the air environment, such as global climate change and effect on the human body by the ultraviolet rays due to the depletion of ozone layer, is complex and extends in a timewise and spatially different scale. Without understanding the current situation on the ground accurately, It will not be possible to forecast what will happen in future. Thus, It is necessary to conduct a highly accurate observation and measurement of various data around Japan and the world.
